Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (like during drops or sales), processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing

International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
International Orders
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Preorders & Limited Drops
Custom orders or limited-release items may have extended shipping times. Estimated delivery dates will be shown in the product description.
